• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

4.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For custom development work, refunds may not be available after work has commenced. Please contact us to discuss refund eligibility for your specific situation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ArrayTech Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Client Work Product

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you as part of our contracted services. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Warranties and Disclaimers
